Went in to repair a big wall clock. Original owner's son met me. He could have easily charged me for any number of services with a variety of fees and months to wait. Instead he opened the back of the clock and reattached something at the top of the pendulum that became misaligned when I removed the clock to paint. It was fixed without charge! My visit was accompanied by advice on how to take care of it if it happened again. I will make it a point to do business there in the future. Bravo!!

This is an outstanding place to have your clock repaired. I live about 15 miles south of the shop and it was definitely worth the drive. I took my mantel clock in and it required a very

minor adjustment. Jason fixed my clock, made sure it was working properly, and he checked the clock hands to be sure they were working correctly. I'm disabled and he very willingly got the clock out of my car. Jason refused to charge me anything and proceeded to let me know it was a courtesy visit. The shop is beautiful and there are clocks for sale along with the repair service. I finally found the place for any future clock repairs or purchases. Thank you, thank you!

I always dreaded the times my watch battery dies - oh how I hate driving to the mall just to visit the watch kiosk.  Well, never more!   I now have a convenient, friendly and efficient place to go.  And what could be better than a place that professionally repairs all sorts of clocks.  They even tested my old battery to be sure that was the problem.

So thankful to have found this clock repair shop! I was feeling beyond discouraged when I had found the perfect clock for above my mantle but each clock I bought and returned to Hobby Lobby didn't work. Before returning my second purchased clock I went out on a whim and thought I'd get a price estimate for clock repair on my clock. The man working was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He examined my clock, fixed the loose hands, and showed me that the mechanics were in fact working at NO CHARGE! He had the magic touch! The clock worked in the shop and is still working! Fingers crossed it continues to work!

We have an old Howard wall clock that was an anniversary gift and unfortunately the original second hand was no longer made but modified and Jim ordered and replaced for me.
